Shipping & Handling Time
All orders are shipped within 2 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS with Delivery Confirmation: First Class or Priority Service, or UPS/FEDEX ground.
USA Orders: please allow 3-7 business days transit time.
Canadian Orders: please allow 6-13 business days transit time.
Please note, UPS/FEDEX does not deliver to P.O Boxes.

Shipping Costs for International Orders
When placing your order, please make sure to enter your phone number using this format: XXX-XXX-XXXX (10 digits only)
Transit time can take up to 13 business days. We are not responsible for taxes or duties that must be paid in foreign countries.
International shipping cost: on orders up to $150.00 the shipping charge ranges from $10.50 to $13.50 and will be added to the order total after the purchase is completed.
For orders of higher value please contact us and we will provide you with the correct shipping price.
Lost, Stolen or delayed Packages
Domestic shipments are shipped with delivery confirmation issued by the US Postal Office (USPS) and once delivery is confirmed by USPS, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to non-delivery of packages or late shipment deliveries.
Standard shipping to international orders cannot be tracked and we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to non-delivery of packages or late shipment deliveries
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority! We will gladly accept returns and/or exchanges of any unused merchandise. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date, must be in original condition and packaging and must have all tags attached. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. If the returned item received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. Also, If your item was a gift, you will receive Best Baby Organics store credit for your returned item. Please contact us at: service@bestbabyorganics.com within the allowed time should you need to return or exchange any item. Also, make sure to obtain a tracking number with delivery confirmation for your return shipment, so that it can be properly tracked. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered/lost/stolen return shipments.

Order Cancellations
Orders are processed for shipment immediately after you place your order. You may cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. If it has already been shipped, you will need to go through the regular Returns & Exchanges process. Please contact Customer Service at service@bestbabyorganics.com to cancel your order
