Both the No-Compromise Ultra and the 2in1 Ultra offer a dual firmness feature. However, the No-Compromise Ultra is waterproof on both sides while the 2in1 Ultra is only waterproof on the infant side. Waterproof protection for the 2in1 can be achieved by using a Waterproof Organic Protector Pad. The unique feature of the 2in1 Ultra is that the toddler side has a quilted, more mature mattress "feel", similar to an adult bed.
